All content on this website, including texts, graphic designs, logos, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of the Technical Secretariat or its clients/collaborators. Any reproduction, distribution, or transformation is prohibited without express written authorization from the owners.

3. Informative Nature and Program Updates

As the Conference is scheduled 16 months in advance, the user accepts that:

  • All published information (speakers, schedules, sessions) is provisional.
  • The organization reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time to adapt the program to the actual event without prior notice.

4. Registration Process (Management Platform)

The management of registrations, billing, and attendance control is carried out through our internal management tool.

Upon starting the registration process, the user will be redirected to this secure environment.

The Technical Secretariat guarantees the integrity of the process, with the management software being the official and sole channel for formalizing attendance.

5. Registration Conditions and Fees

Registration fees are those published in the corresponding section of the website.

Access to the Conference may be restricted to specific professional or academic profiles as detailed in the registration form.

Cancellation Policy: Refund and cancellation conditions will be detailed and updated in the specific "Registration" section of this website. In the absence of specific indications, any cancellation request must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat.

6. Correct Use of the Site (Security)

To ensure the security of the site, the user agrees to:

  • Not use automated systems (bots, spiders) to extract contact data of speakers or attendees.
  • Not perform actions that could overload or damage the server infrastructure.

Any attempt of unauthorized access to administrative areas or the database will be reported to the competent authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Technical Secretariat is not responsible for interruptions in the web service due to external technical causes, nor for potential damage caused by computer viruses despite having industry-standard security measures in place.
