Dear colleagues and friends,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 6th International Conference on Food Bioactives and Health that will be held in June 1- 4, 2027 in the lovely city of Murcia (Spain). After the great success of the previous editions, held in Norwich in 2016, Lisbon in 2018, Parma in 2022, Prague in 2023 and Marseille in 2025 we are excited and delighted to bring together leading scientist working in the field of food bioactives and health. The topics will incluide (poly)phenols, carotenoids, glucosinolates and other organosulfur compounds, fatty acids and sterols, polysaccharides, peptides and protein and also food contaminants and toxins. There will be sessions focused on bioaccesibility, bioavailability, metabolism, health effectts and also on personalized nutrition and gut microbiota.
The organizing and scientific commite are working hard to offer an exciting scientifc programme and plenty of networking opportunities with enjoyable social moments to ensure the interaction and exchange among researchers.
Please, book the dates and take advantage of the opportunity to visit Murcia, an historic city situated in the southeast of Spain along the banks of the River Segura. You will find many lovely streets and squares, impressive Cathedral, a nice historic centre, and of course renowned gastronomy. Besides, there are amazing day trips you can take, from historic cities like Cartagena to impressive natural scenery, coast and unique beaches
