POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Please read the following guidelines carefully when preparing your poster.

POSTER DIMENSIONS, PORTRAIT ORIENTATION & MOUNTING

All presenting authors attending the conference should bring their printed posters to the venue. The conference does not include e-posters; therefore, there is no need to upload posters online.

  • Dimensions: Width: 90 cm X Height: 120 cm
  • Portrait orientation: A0 format is the most suitable. Your poster should not exceed the recommended size.

You can download a poster template here with the conference logo or by clicking the button below. The poster area will be located in the designated room.

Posters should be set up ideally no later than the Opening Ceremony (Tuesday, 1 June, at 16:00) and remain in place for the duration of the conference in the poster area. The space will be open for poster placement starting Tuesday, 1 June at 15:30. Each poster will be placed on one side of the board and assigned a unique number. Please make sure to mount your poster on the board corresponding to your assigned number. Suitable fixing material will be provided by the organisers. If posters are made of a different material than paper or cloth, the organisers cannot guarantee that the posters will remain in place.

POSTER SESSION

Posters will be visible during the conference and presenting authors are encouraged to be present during the Poster Session (see agenda), to answer possible questions from the delegates. You are also welcome to be available for discussion near your poster during coffee and lunch breaks.

REMOVING YOUR POSTER

Please remove your poster on Friday, 4 June, until 12:00.

The conference organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to posters not removed by the specified time. Posters left behind after this time will be disposed of.

BEST POSTER AWARDS

To recognize outstanding research and presentation skills, the conference will present 3 Best Poster Awards to the most innovative and well-communicated contributions. A panel of reviewers will evaluate the posters based on scientific quality, originality, visual design, and clarity of presentation.

Winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony, and certificates and economical prizes will be presented to the authors.
