Discover the charm of Murcia’s historic center on a guided walking tour through its most emblematic streets and landmarks. Stroll along the elegant Paseo Alfonso X el Sabio, known as "El Tontódromo," and explore the lively streets of Trapería and Platería, the vibrant heart of Murcia's old town, brimming with local shops, cafes, and historic buildings.
Highlights include the magnificent Murcia Cathedral, the Episcopal Palace, and the colorful Plaza de las Flores, where you can experience the city's vibrant atmosphere and its unique blend of Baroque and Mediterranean styles and centuries of history. The tour ends near the Murcia Cathedral, where participants can enjoy some free time for coffee or local pastries before returning to the hotel.
Half-Day Trip to Cartagena (optional activity - registration and payment needed)
- Date: Friday, 4 June 2027
- Time: 14:00 – 20:00
- Departure: Hotel Nelva (by private bus).
Join us for a scenic journey to Cartagena, one of Spain’s oldest port cities, located just 45 minutes from Murcia. The guided tour includes highlights such as the Roman Theatre, the Punic Wall, and the harbor area. Learn about Cartagena’s fascinating history — from ancient Carthaginian origins to its naval importance today.
Price: 48 €
Includes admission to 4 museums and a panoramic boat trip, a tour with an official tour guide, and coach travel between Murcia and Cartagena (minimum group size: 25 people). Comfortable shoes and sun protection are recommended.
