HOW TO REGISTER

Registrations can be completed through the Online Conference Portal.

  • Registration period open from 1 May 2026.

Please find below the registration fees for the FBHC 2027 conference.

*All the above fees include a local VAT of 21 %.

*All registration deadlines are based on the local time (CET/CEST).

FULL REGISTRATION FEES include:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions
  • Access to the exhibition and poster area
  • Conference materials
  • Welcome reception on 1 June 2027
  • Coffee breaks and lunches as per the scientific programme
  • Conference Dinner included (3 June 2027)

ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEE includes:

  • Welcome Reception on 1 June 2027
  • Access to coffee breaks

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

General Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations must be submitted by email to the FBHC 2027 Technical Secretariat at info@fbhc2027.com.
  • Refund requests after 10 May 2027 will not be accepted.

Registration Cancellations

  • Until 10 March 2027 – a 20 % cancellation fee will be applied
  • Until 10 May 2027 – a 50 % cancellation fee will be applied
  • From 10 May 2027 – no refund can be processed

Cancellation of Bookable Items

  • Until 10 May 2027 – a 20 EUR administrative fee will be applied
  • From 10 May 2027 – no refund can be processed

PAYMENT METHODS

Registration fees are collected on behalf of FBHC by the Secretariat, PLURAL EVENT MANAGEMENT S.L.U. All fees must be paid in (EUR, free of all bank charges).

Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card

  • Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express.
  • If payment is rejected, retry your registration or contact your bank.

Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer was available only until 25 May 2027.

Final Invoice

The final invoice can be downloaded from the Online Conference Portal after the registration is confirmed and paid in full. The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during the registration process (step Contact/Invoice details).

Any change of such details (name, address, VAT number, etc.)


OTHER INFORMATION

Insurance

The registration fee does not include the participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

Certificate of Attendance

The Certificate of Attendance will be downloaded after the Conference in the Online Conference Portal for all participating delegates.

Cancellation or Modification of the Meeting Due to Force Majeure
