PRESENTATION FORMAT

All oral presentations must be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation. Presenters are fully responsible for the presentation content, including order, graphics, and other materials. Presentations must be delivered in English.

To prepare your presentation, please use an up-to-date version of Microsoft PowerPoint (older versions are also supported). The screen aspect ratio will be 16:9. Please avoid using Apple Keynote or Prezi presentations. The on-site computers will only support Windows versions of PowerPoint, so please ensure your presentation is in a compatible format, as indicated below.

Supported Files

PPTX/PDF (200 MB maximum)

When saving your final presentation to a USB stick, make sure that you include your video or multimedia files (if any). Please note that the presentation computers will not have internet access, so any external content should be embedded directly in the presentation. You can download the presentation template here with the conference logo or by clicking the button below.

FILE UPLOAD

There are two ways how to upload your presentation:

  1. To upload your presentation via the online platform in advance (recommended). The file upload will open in May 2027 and we will notify you via e-mail when it happens.
  2. Alternatively, your presentation needs to be handed over to the personnel in the placed room at a designated desk on a USB flash disk as soon as possible, but no later than one hour before the start of your session. The IT personnel will upload your presentation and you will be able to check that the presentation is operating correctly.

*Please note that it is not possible to present from your own laptop in the lecture room.

IN THE LECTURE ROOM

In the lecture room, an assistant will be available to show you how to operate the presentation, remote control, pointer, etc. Please arrive shortly before your session starts and be ready when it is your turn to present to minimise wasted time.

BEST ORAL PRESENTATION AWARDS

To recognize outstanding research and presentation skills, the conference will present 3 Best Oral Presentation Awards to the most innovative and well-communicated contributions. A panel of reviewers will evaluate the posters based on scientific quality, originality, visual design, and clarity of presentation.

Winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony, and certificates and economical prizes will be presented to the authors.
